    How do I send an invite to everyone playing on our reservation? After booking your court, you will see an "Invite a Friend" button. Click on it, and it will prompt you with a question: Will they pay for their spot, or will you cover for them (up to $10.00)? After you choose which option you want to use There will be a share invitation link. You will have the option to text or email the link to your friends.     Yes! If you are not ready for a membership, we offer a drop-in option for court reservations. You can reserve court time up to 3 days in advance using our mobile app or website. We have both on-peak and off-peak rates for non-members. We offer three types of courts, all available at the same price, to ensure you find the perfect fit for your game. To make the check-in process seamless, please send an invite to everyone included in your reservation. This helps us speed up your check-in and get you on the court faster.

    Hourly Rates: Peak times: $10 per person per hour Off-peak times (Monday to Thursday, 10 AM - 2 PM): $8 per person per hour Drop-in Play (Open Play): $5-10 for 3 hours Monday to Friday: 6-9 AM, 11-2 PM, and 7-10 PM Saturday and Sunday: 7-10 AM and 7-10 PM We offer three types of courts, all at the same price, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your game. For your convenience, we have pickleball balls available for purchase at the front desk. However, we understand that players may have their own preferences, especially since we use outdoor balls during play. If you have a particular preference for pickleball balls, you are more than welcome to bring your own and use them during your playtime.     All our premium courts are equipped with state-of-the-art court cameras. Although we offer three options for courts, only the premium courts feature this advanced technology. You can record and replay your best shots by clicking the replay button on your court tablet. The replay provides a 40-second highlight that will be emailed to you and appear in the "Favorite Replays" section of your account. Additionally, you can keep score for your games on the TVs provided. Our goal is to enhance your pickleball experience, allowing you to easily share your impressive plays with friends and improve your game through detailed analysis.
  • Can I reserve multiple courts at the same time for a private event or group play?
    Yes, you can reserve multiple courts simultaneously for private events or group play.   • What is the cancellation policy for court reservations?
    Cancellation Policy More than 48 hours before the scheduled event: No charge for cancellations. Within 48-24 hours of the scheduled event: $10 cancellation fee. Within 24-2 hours of the scheduled event: $20 cancellation fee. Within 2 hours of the scheduled event: $30 cancellation fee. No Show: $25 fee applies. During the hours of your chosen membership, your court reservation fees and open play fees are covered for up to 6 hours at a time over a 2-week period. Advance Sign-Up Window: Enjoy up to 14 days of advance court booking to reserve courts before non-members. Free Video Replay Credits: Each membership comes with 50 free video replays per month to review and share your gameplay. Additional replays beyond the allotment are charged at $0.50 each. ERNE the Ball Machine: Included in your membership (normally $25/hr). Exclusive Discounts: Receive exclusive discounts on Picklemall leagues, tournaments, clinics, and apparel.   • What are the replay credits, and how do they work?
    Replay credits are a fantastic feature of our "Mall Rat" membership. Each month, you receive 50 free replay credits that allow you to review and share your gameplay. These credits enable you to replay previous games and analyze your techniques and strategies. Each replay is a 40-second highlight that will be sent to your phone and saved in the "Favorite Replays" section of your account. To use the replay credits, simply access the court tablet, click the replay button, and the play will be sent to your phone for easy sharing with friends.
  • How can I cancel my membership, and what is the cancellation process?
    If you wish to cancel your membership, you can easily do so by accessing your account on our web app. Navigate to the membership section and follow the cancellation steps provided. There is no cancellation fee, and the process is hassle-free. However, please note that if you cancel your membership, you will not be able to lock in your current membership rate if there are any rate changes in the future.
